We are looking for a detail-driven go-getter to join our growing company while contributing to our success.RESPONSIBILITIES:Organize daily tasks by checking service orders and scheduling, provisioning, porting, and billing.Handle incoming calls from customers and technicians, while also making outbound calls to coordinate installations and site surveys.Collaborate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless business installations.Exceed customer expectations by delivering passionate and exceptional service.Multitask effectively to handle various responsibilities and maintain a high level of productivity.Colorado residents: Typical pay range for this role is $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent education.At least 1 year of previous customer service, scheduling, or related field experience, preferably over the phone.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.Ability to learn new concepts quickly and solve problems logically.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Self-directed and able to handle confidential information.REQUIREMENTS:Remain stationary for extended periods.Ability to communicate information.Ability to operate a computer.People are our passion.
