The Accident Guys is seeking a
HUNGRY and DRIVEN Litigation Lawyer
to negotiate personal injury claims on behalf of injured clients. An Attorney who is ready to go to battle for our clients and isn't afraid of a little challenge. Our litigation department is fast-paced and demanding. Therefore,
we are looking for an experienced Trial Attorney.
Someone who can handle a Litigation case from A - Z with minimal supervision.Our firm is ever-growing faster than anyone anticipated. We need someone who is ready to grow with us.This position is the perfect opportunity for an attorney that wants to litigate high-volume cases and make an impact in their client’s life. Opportunity to grow within the firm.Compensation:

Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counselLitigate cases from the start of complaint through resolutionDraft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motionsPropound and Respond to DiscoveryPrepare for, take, or defend depositionsCourt Appearances as neededConduct Legal researchManage relations with clientsPrepare for trialQUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:
3+ years of Litigation ExperiencePersonal Injury experience preferred but not required1st or 2nd chair trial experience preferred but not requiredStrong negotiator skillsDesire to represent the underdogCandidate must be hungry, driven, relentless, and resilientPeople Person-Strong communication skillsStrong grammar skillsStrong organization skillsAbility to handle many tasks at onceCandidate must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability, and strive to excel.Must be able to work in a team environmentMust have passed the Bar Exam in CaliforniaIf you are currently working at a firm, we will not contact your references without your permission.#J-18808-Ljbffr
