DescriptionWhat you will do:As our
Senior Financial Analyst,
you will play a crucial role on our Finance Team in developing and maintaining Microsoft PowerBI dashboards linked to our enterprise data warehouse. You will collaborate closely with data engineers and operational leaders across the organization to identify key business drivers, metrics, calculations, and analytics necessary for robust performance management. This position will work remotely in the Minneapolis, MN area in order to meet in our Plymouth, MN location on an as-needed basis.The JobEvery day, your primary role will be building and maintaining PowerBI dashboards in close collaboration with the FP&A and IT teams. You will work with leaders throughout the organization to understand and analyze their financial performance. You will utilize PowerBI to analyze and present critical financial data. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.The Skills You NeedTo succeed in this role, you must be proficient in PowerBI and have familiarity with enterprise data warehouse, leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies. You must have extensive DAX experience and the ability to analyze financial reports such as profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow. You must have experience with driver-based forecasting and planning modeling. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You must have a 4-year degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance and a master’s degree is a plus.
