Head of DevOps Engineering Position
My client is looking to hire a Head of DevOps Engineering to join them in Singapore, to manage a sizeable team of Engineers. As the Head of Department, you will play a pivotal role in leading their DevOps and DevSecOps initiatives and drive transformation through implementation of development, deployment and security practices.
You will represent the division to work closely with C-Suite leaders globally and also take responsibility in driving and promoting a culture of innovation within the team. You will need to be a Hands-On expertise in designing, implementing and managing DevOps tools and processes, including the use of Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, Bitbucket, and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform and Chef.
You will champion the integration of security tools, including SAST, DAST, Container Scanning into CI/CD pipeline and also oversee implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience
Must Have:
Leadership experience in Dev Ops (in a Global and Regulated environment)
Hands-on experience with SAST and DAST tools
Experience with on-premise (VM, OCP) and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Expertise in DevOps tools (Confluence, Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket) and IaC (Terraform, Chef)
Track record in leading large-scale DevOps Transformation
