Colleagues in this role are expected to lead key client relationships, maintain leadership of a strong local client team located in Burlington, and assist in business and office leadership. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in technical aspects of pension and retiree medical valuations and experience working in strategic project areas, including settlements, plan design, funding strategy, and pension de-risking.Skills and Experience that will lead to success:5+ years of retirement actuarial work experienceSignificant experience and expertise with pension and retiree medical plansASA, FSA or EA Credentials; will consider candidates in the exam processAbility to work under pressure of fixed deadlinesBachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or equivalent years of industry experienceHow we support our colleagues:In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. $110k-$145k

annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
