This role is hybrid, located either in NYC or Chicago, going into the office for meetings and events, as needed.

What The Day Will Look LikeAs an Early Careers Recruiter, you will manage the recruiting process for Aon's Internship and Launch (full-time) Programs. You will be responsible for coordinating, attending and/or hosting recruiting events, such as presentations, career fairs, information sessions, and networking events. This role builds effective relationships with colleges/universities and student organizations and partners with the business and HR colleagues to understand talent needs. As part of your role, you will:

Assess talent by sourcing, screening, and conducting interviewsManage, track and analyze recruitment data in the ATS (iCIMS)Cultivate internal relationships and facilitate feedback sessions with Hiring ManagersPlan, coordinate, and execute events and interview days (virtual and in-person)Extend offers to candidates and manage follow-up communicationsEnsure a seamless onboarding process, in partnership with our TA Operations teamUtilize CRM and other recruiting tools/tech platforms

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessAt least 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred, ideal if in high volume or campus recruitingExperience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - we use iCIMSProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to "think outside of the box" and strategically approach problem resolutionA history of meeting tight (sometimes multiple) deadlinesA true desire to be proactive and persistent in your workAbility to use discretion and manage confidential, sensitive informationAbility to build and nurture relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, partner organizations, etc., and collaborateSolid time management skills that you can demonstrate in a quickly changing landscape

Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $70,000 - $85,000 USD annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
