Oversees the management of benefits and payroll related responsibilities of the benefit plans.Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leaves; disputes and investigations; occupational health and safety; and other regulatory reporting requirements.Handles employment-related inquiries from employees, supervisors, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.Assists in the development and improvement of company policies and procedures related to benefits.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Manages all benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), 457(b), 457(f), etc.) including determining eligibility; managing contributions and vesting schedules; annual enrolment activities; and overall presentation of benefit programs.Provides customer service to employees by answering benefits questions and resolving issues.Works with insurance broker and plan carriers related to plan design, plan administration and compliance to applicable employment laws. Leads annual benefits renewal process and recommends innovative approaches taking into consideration feedback from leadership, market research and cost analysis.Facilitates annual renewal and enrolment process including preparation of employee communications and updating benefit enrolment information.Develops new communication materials, strategies, and project plans to enhance employees’ understanding of benefits offerings.Lead the annual 401(k) plan non-discrimination testing, match true-up and audit processes to include data compilation across the Company, calculation validations with service providers, work with outside auditors in preparation of the financials and associated 5500.Audits benefits plans for compliance with government regulations; prepares and submits all government-mandated reports.Performs audits using service providers reports to ensure compliance with plan requirements.Interacts with service providers, accounting, internal audit, IT, and others on internal audits, and reporting ensuring requests are completed and deadlines are met.Facilitates all employee leave of absences (FMLA/CFRA, PFL, Workers Comp, etc.)Manages Workers’ Compensation processes and related claims.Assists with change reports, ADP validation setup, testing, etc.Assists in the calculation and processing of bonuses and other incentives programs.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Knowledge of ERISA and government reporting requirements for deferred compliance plansDemonstrated knowledge of human resources policy and employment law (i.e. FLSA, DOL and EEOC regulations and employee relations)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsPossess experience and/or knowledge in managing a global mobility program, including facilitating employee transfers into and out of the U.S. to various international locations, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, and coordinating logistics and support for relocating employees, is a PLUS.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityThorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficiency with ADP HRIS system is preferredBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field preferredWorked in an international company with global processesProficiency with ADP / Workforce NowAt least 5 years of human resources management experience preferredExperience with Global Mobility / Immigration a plus.Experience with global HR initiativesAdditional Information
