This role will be responsible for overseeing four supervisor direct reports, and strong working relationships with Perioperative and Interventional leadership, clinical and support staff, and physicians throughout the North Puget Sound. This role will work collaboratively with Senior Nursing Director to define, manage, and closely monitor the strategic plan for Sterile Processing. Develops, implements, and manages operational budgets for departments.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related field, or equivalent educ/experience.Upon hire: National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association, orUpon hire: National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association.Within 1 year of hire: National Certified Healthcare Leader - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association.5 years Supervisory experience, including training and staff development.5 years Budget management and analysis experience.7 years Work experience in the field of Sterile Processing.
