3 days a week in-person office.

Saturday 1/2 day ONCE PER MONTH.Responsible for secretarial and administrative duties for the President. Duties include:Correspondence (writing skills must be excellent)Scheduling appointmentsMaking travel arrangementsTelephone interfacing with clientsSome light bookkeepingFilingSignificant interaction/coordination with executive’s familyAssisting with the preparation of marketing presentationsLimited travel may be required. Some long days and regular Saturday (1/2 day) meetings should be expected.
