Responsibilities:
Day to day on-site management of subcontractors on behalf of a general contractorCreating and managing a construction scheduleOrganizing and documenting daily operations and paperworkProviding estimates and budgets, contract negotiation, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules, and overseeing the bidding processesReviewing blueprints and/or gathering information for the project scope of workProviding updates to the client on project milestones throughout all phases of the projectUpdating internal and client software management systems throughout all phases of the projectJob Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a construction superintendent or a similar role, preferably in commercial projectsExperience in day-to-day on-site management of subcontractors on behalf of a general contractorCapability of creating and managing a construction scheduleUnderstanding of contractual drawings and project scopeExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel is a plusBenefits:
