Handle product liability and mass tort cases for clients across various industries.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.Manage a caseload with minimal supervision.Requirements:
4-6 years of litigation experience, with deposition and substantive brief writing experience.Knowledge of and experience with California state and federal civil procedure (preferred).Experience in product liability, mass tort, MDL, team management, and/or trial experience in California (a plus).California Bar admission is required.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Skills:
