Job Description

How You'll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst 2 (FSA) to join the Finance and Revenue Operations team. As a Financial Systems Analyst 2, you will support and be responsible for the implementation of new technology as well as support existing analytic solutions and processes that support our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions. The FSA will report to the Senior Director, Finance and work closely with the greater FP&A team/ SC team, as well as various departments across Epsilon including functional HR/ Finance teams (Payroll, Revenue, IT, IT, etc.)

What You'll Achieve

As a FSA, you will be entrusted to configure (build), test, and implement Sales Compensation plans in Xactly Incent working closely with the Sales Compensation team. You will act as business systems support for Xactly Sales Compensation financial system. You will be a part of the team that implements new Sales Comp plans including gathering and documenting processes, determining overall design and system integrations, configuration, and testing. You will work directly with individuals across the organization including finance, accounting, internal IT (hardware, software, networking, and DBA's), as well as, with BI/EPM and finance system support teams at the parent company. You will be the financial systems ambassador for system automation and ensure that redundancies/inefficiencies are minimized.
