ABX Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

Responsible for working cross-functionally to help coordinate insight-led marketing programs across all North America sales segments for ABX.

Manage entire swag platform including:

Overseeing the budget, managing swag replenishments, monthly invoicing.

Owning the execution and strategy of 6sense's direct mail/gifting programs.

Create highly desired branded kits and swag products.

Manage day-to-day swag platform responsibilities including managing team and rep allotment, getting swag shipped out for conferences and events, supporting the employee swag store.

Own and work alongside people operations for employee swag.

Experience with a gifting platform like Postal, Alyce, Sendoso, Reachdesk preferred.

Project manage data analysis on core company needs and where ABX can fill gaps or provide marketing aircover.

Lead the development and execution of a strategy for automating personalized gifting through 6sense, leveraging AI predictive analytics for triggered sends to enhance account engagement.

Work cross-functionally with ABX Managers to support tasks associated with targeted campaigns across marketing channels, such as paid media, email, webinars, direct mail, events, etc.

Project manage all ABX tasks in Asana, working cross-functionally with teams like marketing operations, events, and GTM ABX leads to create a full picture of what is upcoming on a weekly and monthly basis.

Support the ABX team in building quarterly GTM plans for all segments including programs to both create and accelerate pipeline.

Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing internal partners, budgets, timelines, and processes.

Attend onsite events alongside the ABX team, supporting marketing dinners, swag needs, booth coverage, and overall onsite support.

Build relationships with internal stakeholders (sales/cs) by holding regular meetings to brainstorm new campaigns.

Make recommendations based on analysis and results, have a test and learn mentality.

Be bold — experiment with creative ideas, be resourceful, take initiative, be proactive.

Additional Qualifications:

Understanding of account-based marketing strategies and tactics.

Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and other marketing tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and gifting platforms.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.

Base Salary Range:

$56,250 to $82,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO).
