A Day in the LifeDrive business requirements elicitation, solution option selection, User acceptance testing, and other project affiliated activities.Engage with end users as necessary to troubleshoot issues and drive timely resolution.Work with technical and testing teams to perform warm handoffs, test data creation, test scenario identification, and end user training.Own and provide support for informal and formal testing activities such as unit, system integration, and User Acceptance Testing as necessary.Generate necessary MSCM documents in Agile MAP, Polarion, and own the release activities.Collaborate with enterprise counterparts for various projects.Perform a dual role of project Coordinator and Business Analyst based on project needs.Consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs, turning those needs into system requirements.Configure system settings and options, ensuring that the solution meets business needs.Create comprehensive technical, training, and validation documents.Map business processes with Visio, Miro, or similar tools.Other duties may be assigned.
