Sr. Market Research Manager, Seller Success Programs

Job ID: 2723635 | Amazon.com Services LLCIndependent sellers generate approximately 60% of sales in Amazon stores, and each year we spend billions of dollars to improve their experience with services, programs, and tools designed to make running an online business a profitable, sustainable enterprise for sellers of all sizes—from multi-national brands to small businesses down the street.

The ecommerce landscape is always evolving, however, and we're looking for a Sr. Market Research Manager to lead primary research in order to gather data that will help us attract and serve the next generation of Amazon sellers.

This role is a figurehead of the research discipline within our organizing, presenting to the most senior leaders and educating cross-functional teams. The measure of success in this role will be the velocity, quality, and clarity of research, that doesn't end in a report but rather a tangible, positive impact on our business and in the lives of sellers.
