Director, Risk Management/QAPI OpportunityWest Oaks Hospital has provided psychiatric care to the Houston area and surrounding communities for over four decades. Our 176-bed acute care facility is fully accredited and includes a 16-bed residential treatment center for adult chemical dependency.We offer a broad range of behavioral health programs for children, adolescents, and adults. Treatment is offered at multiple levels of care including inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient.West Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Risk Management/QAPI to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Director, Risk Management is responsible for clinical identification, risk evaluation, and coordination of corrective action related to risk issues and creating methods to avoid, eliminate, and/or reduce risk situations associated with the provision of patient care and services.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Develops, implements, and monitors a Risk Management program in accordance with UHS T.E.R.M Program.Leadership Competencies.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Education Required: Bachelor's degree in related field.Licensure and certification Required: RN, LPC, LMSW, and/or LCSW License.Experience Required: Three years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting or related field with specific knowledge in high-risk areas, Joint Commission, CMS, and other relevant state and federal regulations.
