We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Mid-Level Management and Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. This role involves providing comprehensive management and administrative support to ensure the successful planning, development, and implementation of projects aimed at enhancing community resilience and mitigating risks associated with natural disasters.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provide high-level administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
Support stakeholder engagement activities by organizing meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining communication with community stakeholders.
Maintain and manage project databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Ensure all administrative activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
Provide training and support to junior administrative staff and other team members as needed.
Assist in quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.
Identify and resolve administrative issues that may impact project success.

Must have experience and be an expert with:
PCs, MS Office, Adobe, Google Mail, Citrix Sharefile (or other online platforms), and online meeting platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom.
Education:
Associate’s degree in a related field required (for example, Business Administration, Management, or a related field).
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in administrative or management roles, preferable in the context of disaster risk reduction or community resilience projects.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Work Environment:
This position is open to candidates nationwide and is remote with site work as required by customer.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be between the state or federal minimum wage requirements - $25/hr. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. SRE considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Additionally, SRE adheres to all state and federal requirements regarding salary to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of SRE’s total compensation package for employees.
