The ideal candidate requires proficiency in math, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, creativity, and an overall interest in and understanding of how consumers leverage search and social media in the decision path.Role Objectives:Gather research necessary to build a new campaignAssist team in gathering necessary data for plan developmentResponsible for trafficking approved planMonitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustmentsMonitor and optimize paid search and social performance and competitive landscape to meet business objectivesDevelop optimization recommendations and/or testing plansUtilize bid management tools as well as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA 360, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tumblr, Instagram, and Pinterest platforms to build campaigns, implement optimizations, pull reporting, and QA campaignsPull and analyze data to inform campaign reporting and help build insightsGranular maintenance of monthly billing cycleResolve billing discrepancies in partnership with client strategy and billing reconciliation teamLearn all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis as well as bid management platforms, Benchtools, Google Trends, etc.Generate paperwork necessary for purchase authorization and ensure vendor counter signature is receivedStay informed on search industry trends and new tools and ad formatsSuccessful completion of training programs and requisite certifications requiredMinimum Requirements:1+ year of professional experience in paid search and/or social mediaStrong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiencyProficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint requiredSolid verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work within a team, handle multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlinesDetail-oriented and demonstrable organizational skillsThis is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.
