Responsibilities

Possess expert experience of BMC Remedy ITSM Suite System Administration and development.

Professional experience and proficiency with various BMC Remedy ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, SRM, SLM, Asset, CMDB, Smart Reporting).

Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, SmartIT, Client Management, Discovery.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree or specialized training (certifications) or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 5 years of expert experience with the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite System Administration and development.

Professional experience and proficiency with various BMC Remedy ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, SRM, SLM, Asset, CMDB, Smart Reporting).

Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, SmartIT, Client Management, Discovery.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Demonstrates ability to handle efforts in application lifecycle development.

Experience working with database and application server infrastructure.

Experience with performance tuning and optimization.

ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification.

Work Environment

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system.

Coordinates, supervises, and/or manages support personnel.

Additional Qualifying Factors
