Job Summary: Develops, grows and institutes department systems. Ensures effectiveness of program delivery, including intake, placements and volunteer management. Job Requirements:Education and Work Experience: High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Essential Functions: Staffs career and volunteer fairs at local schools to publicize internship opportunities. Works with departments to develop volunteer activities suitable for groups of 10 to 50 people. Provides support to the department as needed. Assists with the implementation of corporate group activities, as needed. Maintains list of ongoing projects and status updates. Fulfills job description responsibilities and duties to the highest standard. Works and communicates well with colleagues in a high energy, collaborative environment. Contributes to ongoing department growth and improvements by delivering quality work. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
