This position is a part of the ITSM/ServiceNow group within the Office of Information Technology Services. This group is responsible for the daily operation and administration of ServiceNow platform. This position will be responsible for Tier 2/3 support, as well as the future solution design of the ServiceNow Platform. This position is also responsible for the design of new technologies in support of the Service Now Platform in use by State of Kansas Agencies.

* Strong experience with ServiceNow development and administration, including creating custom applications, modules, and flow designer.

* Customer Service Management (CSM) experience is a must have.

* Development and implementation of ITIL processes, policies, and best practices

* Strong communication skills and ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.

* Ability to collaborate, build relationships with external vendors and service providers.

* Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.

* Design and implement ServiceNow Flows/Workflows, forms, and scripts to automate business processes and requirements.

* Strong ServiceNow Platform Experience in Agile environment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

* Team Player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a continuous process improvement culture.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills who can work with agencies, vendors, and executives on the overall design of the product.
