Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:

TKO is seeking a Principle Systems Engineer with experience as an ISSE/ISSO. This position will support the Cybersecurity Intelligence Team (CIT) TTO which provides normalization of cyber security data and automation of cyber threat intelligence, by creating, managing and sustaining several SSPs and compliance with customer regulations.
Required Skills/Experience:•Experience with compliance and certifying a system•Experience creating, updating and maintaining SSPs•Familiar with the STE requirements and how to manage that in relation to SSPs•Familiar with maintaining waivers on SSPs•Experience working with DSOs/DAOs•Strong interpersonal skills; ability to brief senior government and technical experts and leaders
