As we continue to expand, we seek a talented Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team and contribute to our success in the Texas market.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who excels at building partnerships and creating innovative beverage solutions. You will play a pivotal role in meeting with prospects, designing customized beverage services, and managing the entire process—from initial concept to execution—with Peak Beverage overseeing delivery and facilitation.As a Business Development Manager, you will drive sales by designing creative solutions, negotiating contracts, and effectively managing your sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be on the Austin and San Antonio markets, and you'll report directly to the VP of Marketing and Sales. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), who generate leads and schedule meetings, as well as with the Sales Director and Client Service Representatives, who assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships.If you thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and enjoy networking and strategic selling, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Closing:Develop and present creative beverage catering solutions tailored to client needs.Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable and sustainable deals.Close deals effectively and efficiently to meet or exceed sales targets.Networking:Build and maintain strong relationships with key catering and concessions industry stakeholders.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate new business opportunities.Actively engage with potential clients through various channels to expand the company's reach and influence.Pipeline Management:Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through the sales cycle.Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.Regularly update pipeline status and forecast sales to the VP of Sales.Collaboration:Work closely with SDRs to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful long-term relationships.Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead quality and sales materials.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably within the catering, events, or hospitality industry.Strong track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tools.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Competitive base salary and commission structure.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Access to exclusive events and experiences in Texas and ColoradoOpportunities for professional development and career advancement as our company aims to grow in Texas, Colorado, and beyond!Compensation
