Insight Global is hiring for an ERP Project Manager to join the Accounting team at one of our Energy Infrastructure clients. This is a full-time, hybrid on-site job opportunity local to their East Brunswick office.
End to end, this individual will be managing the ERP project lifecycle, ensuring smooth planning, deployment, and ongoing support. The ERP Project Manager will play a pivotal role in transitioning from SAP Concur to MS Dynamics 365, focusing on the design, implementation, and configuration of the new ERP system. This role involves customizing ERP financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management to align with organizational needs. Collaboration with department heads and IT staff is crucial to determine system requirements and to guide users on system best practices. Post-implementation, the manager will engage in testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while also providing user training.

* Minimum 5 years of ERP project management experience
* Expert knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Strong documentation, project tracking skills
* Familiar with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Oracle, or equivalent
