An employer is looking for an Azure Architect to support all phases of development, design, modernization, and migration in support of a government multi-cloud environment with 30+ customer tenants and growing. They must have engineering and design experience and extensive Azure knowledge and experience with integration, system analysis or programming experience, including developing Azure systems requirements and design specification. Their day to day will consist of leading and collaborating with a team of 8 to evaluate the requirements of the customer and make architectural recommendations for implementation and deployment of the application on Azure. This is a fully remote position that requires working online from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

-Other Certificates supporting Microsoft technologies- Ability to obtain a DHS public Trust Clearance

-Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM

-Azure Administrator Associate Certification

-5+ years of developing systems requirements and design specifications in Azure

-3+ years of experience in project management/ lead architect positions in Azure development or implementation

-Experience leading and collaborating with technical teams of diverse IT related skill sets

-Extensive knowledge and understanding of Azure cloud and deploying in Government environments
