We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Inspection and Packaging Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing incoming inspections of products, checking cleaned products, and handling various daily tasks such as masking, unmasking, testing, inspecting, loading, and packaging parts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in following written work instructions, have experience with static-sensitive devices, and possess good dexterity for handling small components. Apply today for immediate consideration.Key Responsibilities:Incoming Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of incoming products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.Product Checking: Verify that cleaned products are in proper condition and ready for the next stages of processing.Masking & Unmasking: Apply and remove masking as required using tools such as masking tape and Exacto knives to protect components during processing.Testing & Inspecting: Conduct tests and inspections of parts to ensure they meet quality and performance criteria.Loading & Packaging: Load parts onto production lines or into containers and package them according to specifications to ensure safe delivery and storage.Equipment Usage: Utilize equipment such as EFD Dispensers, tape guns, and other tools to perform daily tasks effectively.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience working with static-sensitive devices and in a similar inspection or packaging role is preferred but not required.Skills:Ability to read and follow written work instructions accurately.Good manual dexterity for handling small components and detailed masking tasks.Familiarity with equipment such as masking tape, Exacto knives, EFD Dispensers, and tape guns.Physical Requirements:Must be able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and twist as needed throughout the workday.Good dexterity and coordination are required for handling and masking small components.Ability to lift items frequently.
