Position Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to various stakeholders across the organization. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize performance. The role reports to the CFO and Accounting Manager.

Location: Hybrid, Remote/HQ office located in Haddonfield, NJ

Hours: 25 hours per week

Duration: One-semester minimum, the opportunity to extend or transition to a permanent part-time role

Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insightsDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial projects and initiativesProvide analytical support for strategic decision-makingIdentify opportunities for cost improvement, process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysisCreate and analyze financial reports and statements, including variance analysisConduct internal audits of financial and operational information as requestedStay up to date on best practices in data analysis and business intelligenceConduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to support business initiativesQualifications:

GPA: 3.5 and aboveBachelor's degree, Master's degree, or undergraduate Juniors or Seniors pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, from an accredited universityWorking familiarity with ERP softwareProven experience as a data or business analyst intern preferredHighly analytical with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Excel, SQL and Power BI (working knowledge of DAX preferred)Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
