Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES

- describe role accountabilities/responsibilities, i.e. what the role does. Should cover the following:Finance / Controlling:o Provide expertise within the FICO modules and integration to other SAP modules and external systems.o Support the business during the implementation and the knowledge transfer of the business processes.o Responsible for SAP projects and act as SME for any other project impacting Finance processes.o Work with business functions experts and managers to prioritize plan and implement improvements and enhacements in the supported processes and business solutions.o Provide and supervise documentation.o Provide first and second level support for all the issues related to the application owned.Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials and Controlling to enhance the clients' businesso Design, configuration, implementation and support of all FI/CO modules in alignment with the FICO Team Leado Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs (Handle Day to day production issues in all FI and CO Modules globally.- Report Bugs/issues with SAP as part of support process. - Handle Enhancements, Coordination with Developers. - Handle Interface issues, resolving issues with IDOCS. - Support provided Globally for 42 company codes, all regions with local legal requirements. - Support Payment run issues with various XML files globally (around 15 banks) and payment media forms. - Dealt with intercompany transactions, billing and flow of these documents [SD, FI, MM] in to CO-PA. - Create unit and integration test scenarios, execute the scenarios, and resolve configuration and process issues that might occurr during testing.)

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

You have a university degree or equivalent based on experienceYou have at least 8 years experience in SAP FICO solutionsYou have good communication, coordination and people skills and you are able to organize workshops with senior and middle managementYou are fluent in EnglishYou are flexible and apt to work in a continuously challenging and changing environmentStrong technical IT knowledge of supported Business ApplicationsGood knowledge of other relevant business processesStrong knowledge of interfaces between SAP and other external applications

Strong analytical skillsCan conceptualize and communicate winning propositions - making complex ideas look simple.Bright, ability to rapidly pick-up new technologies, propositions and business areasProven business and technical IT knowledge within the area Finance/Controlling (SAP FICO all core modules - GL, AR, AP, FA, Banking, Tax etc)Knowledge of any of the following application/processes will be an advantage: Concur, Paymetric, VIM, Sabrix, bank integrationExcellent knowledge of SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)Understand ABAP language and programs (including Sapscript)

Critical Experience:

Proven experience of system configuration and implementation of SAP FICO modulesProven experience in supporting the SAP FICO modulesProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentPreferred experience of working in a multicultural work environment
