Summer 2025 Talent Acquisition Internship . We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.

Our 10-week paid internship program is designed to align with your interests and skillsets, providing you with a unique opportunity to grow professionally. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist in full cycle recruitment activities as well as aide in the review of job board engagement for the Amplifon Americas team. The intern will gain exposure to recruitment both in a professional capacity as well as within retail stores by partnering with all members of the team. This position provides a great opportunity to learn the strategic and operational aspects of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:Support

full cycle recruitment

including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, monitoring and maintaining accurate applicant and candidate data within Applicant Tracking SystemExplore job board vendors for Amplifon and Miracle-Ear including reviewing current job board engagement and hire rates, as well as considering additional resources for posting positionsShadow members of the Talent Acquisition Team, engage with networking events and participate in strategy meetings with hiring leadersQualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:

Must be enrolled in a collegiate or university program in the 2024-2025 academic school yearMust be a junior standing or aboveProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience in a customer-facing role, preferredPreferred Experience and Skills:

Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written with a business contextHighly organized: ability to multitask including prioritizationFlexibility to work within a multi-discipline team and receive dynamic on-the-job experienceSelf-driven and motivated by helping others
