Insight Global is looking for a Retail Choice System Support Analyst to join their largest utility client in New York. This person will act as the liaison between technical teams and the Retail Choice group to ensure the reliability of the Customer Care & Billing platform operates efficiently. We are looking for someone who has experience with business processes in the utility industry and extensive industry knowledge within retail choice. Daily, this person will meet with both teams to understand where there are gaps/issues within the CC&B system. Required Skills & Experience8-12+ years of experience working in a retail choice role o Could have worked in retail choice, retail access, retail marketers, utility suppliers etc. Energy Supply, markets System support experience in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) o If not Oracle, then SAP experience or any kind of customer billing experience/application support Extensive experience working with energy supply companies or working within a market that supports energy supply companies Vast Edi knowledge understanding 867 and 810 file transferso EDI Electronic Data Interchange Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience working within an IT space OR coming from a formal technical education ++ Programming knowledge in SQL Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
