SENIOR CONSULTANT TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATION
The Technology Transformation practice is one of the key practice areas within the Strategy & Business Transformation Practice and works with the technology leaders in the organization (CIO, CDO, CTO) to drive business and technology transformation. We partner with technology organizations to address gaps through business and technology capability roadmaps, technology governance, change management, technology sourcing, operating model strategies and business engagement. We recognize that true technology transformation comes through changes in culture and ways of interacting with business partners.Senior Consultants are primarily responsible for planning, organizing and leading portions of an engagement. In doing so, they are called upon to ensure the quality of client deliverables and serve as competent, effective members of client delivery/project teams. They apply well-honed consulting, project management, and functional skills in the execution of the work.Senior Consultants will typically be involved in the following activities:Completing and managing client work in accordance with established budgets, workplans, quality standards, and timeframesIdentifying and resolving issues critical to the clients' strategic and operational successStructuring and solving problems from beginning to endDeveloping conclusions and recommendationsLeading client interviews to understand complex business issuesDeveloping content for client presentationsProviding technical/functional contentProviding implementation assistance as requiredMeeting with clients to assure assignment progressMaintaining and expanding client relationships through delivery of high quality workLeading, coaching, developing and supervising the efforts of junior staffSenior Consultants in the Technology Transformation Practice will demonstrate capabilities in the following areas:IT Operating ModelDigital TransformationApplication Strategy & DeploymentIT Outsourcing AdvisoryIT Benchmarking/Process ImprovementIT Strategy & IT Governance FrameworksOrganizational Change ManagementBusiness Relationship ManagementIT Cost ReductionDigital LiteracyAgile IT OperationsSenior Consultants will typically have:3-7 years of related consulting or industry experience showing progression/promotionOutstanding analytical capability and the ability to synthesize their findingsDemonstrated MS Office and data modeling skillsSolid understanding of strategy and operations within targeted industriesThe ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAn MBA or other relevant advanced degree from a top educational institutionIn addition to the qualifications listed above, the firm places high emphasis on relevant personal qualities: entrepreneurial, creative, imaginative, resourceful, independent, motivated, professional and collaborative.Applicants must be willing and able to travel to client work locations up to five days/week.Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado or in New York City.
