Client Overview: Our client, a leader in the advertising industry, is looking to have a Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist join their team on a part-time basis (20 hours a week). Salary/Hourly Rate: $30/hr - $40hr Position Overview: The Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic email marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and driving consumption of services. This Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist role focuses on nurturing existing relationships, upselling, and supporting broader demand-generation tactics. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating compelling content, automating email flows, and using data to optimize performance. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 - 3 days a week in the New York City office, and will be part-time, 20 hours per week. Responsibilities of the Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist: Plan and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns, overseeing each stage from concept to execution and performance analysis. Automate essential email workflows, triggers, and campaign execution using Pardot. Develop compelling email content that reflects the brand's voice and engages the target audience, including captivating copy, visuals, and strong calls to action. Manage and refine email lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and delivering personalized messages based on customer demographics, preferences, and behavior. Create visually attractive email templates that are fully responsive across all devices and browsers. Identify areas for improvement and perform A/B testing to assess performance metrics and optimize engagement and campaign success. Track and evaluate key email performance metrics (KPIs), such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall return on investment (ROI). Stay current with industry trends and email marketing best practices to continually enhance strategies and drive innovation. Qualifications of the Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist: 2+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on high-quality creation. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices. Must have experience in working with Salesforce/Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools. Ability to work a part-time/20 hours per week schedule. Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging email content. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
