Business Analyst 2. Job Summary : We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team as a Business Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, data visualization, data warehousing, and data mining. Roles & Responsibilities : - Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Develop and implement data models to support business decision-making - Create and maintain data visualizations to communicate insights effectively - Oversee data warehousing activities to ensure data integrity and accessibility - Conduct data mining to uncover patterns and trends that inform business strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements - Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis - Ensure data governance and compliance with industry standards - Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and systems - Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices and methodologies - Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance - Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve complex business problems - Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and projects -Qualifications - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrate proficiency in data modeling and design - Exhibit expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Have extensive experience in data warehousing and data mining - Show ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders - Display strong project management skills and attention to detail - Hold a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field - Preferably have experience with SQL and other database management systems - Be adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills - Be able to work independently and as part of a team - Have a track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget
