Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and coordination and are eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping to execute a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of various events and activities.Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.Support the team in managing vendor relationships and contracts.Help with event marketing efforts, including social media promotion and email campaigns.Prepare event materials and ensure that all necessary supplies are available on-site.Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces before and after events.Provide on-call support during events to ensure smooth operations.Gather feedback and conduct post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic event management software.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.A genuine passion for event planning and a desire to learn.A degree or coursework in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.Benefits
