Job SummaryThe Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process for physicians and advanced practice providers. Our healthcare team is working together to heal this community one patient at a time!ResponsibilitiesScheduling and Onboarding SupportSchedules site visits for potential recruits and for recruiters to attend career fairs, including hotels, flights and transportation for potential recruits and maintains accurate detail of associated expenses and ensures reconciliation of expenses.Tracks new hire documentation proactively, ensuring that new hire is able to start on planned orientation date. Provides routine status updates to recruiters and appropriate parties.Manages new hire and onboarding process ensuring all new hire paperwork is received, processed and routed appropriately; updates systems and folders in timely manner in compliance with state and federal laws. Engages appropriate stakeholders on the status of onboarding ogress and completion to ensure all parties are in compliance with their associated onboarding responsibilities.Supports the department with ordering supplies, POs, reconciling credit card expenses, documentation, and project management.SourcingMaintains and manages open positions and maintains job postings on all applicable sites. Inputs accurate applicant/candidate data reflecting current status of candidate activity, CV, candidate communication and other relevant information into the database.Monitors and follows up on all sourcing database candidate match notifications. Uses resident database to search for upcoming graduates.In conjunction with leadership and marketing department, sends recruitment email blasts, posts recruitment ads, fliers and announcements.Pre-screens potential recruits and sends viable leads to recruiters. Uploads candidates in tracking database system.May support recruiters and leadership in execution of physician contracts and interface with legal department to ensure contracts are returned timely.General TasksEnsures that candidates receive timely communication on status updates.In partnership with recruiters and operations leaders, ensures a flawless recruitment and onboarding experience.Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding experience.Other Duties as AssignedPerforms other duties as assigned.Qualifications5 years of relevant experienceHigh School diploma or equivalent
