The candidate needs to be able to take on roles that sometimes fall outside of the conventional SQE job description, like directing AS9100 audit support, program metric definition and reporting, supplier surveys, evaluation of nonconformances trending, and driving lessons learned and best practicesAbility to present software quality assessment of products and processes to the customer and program managementTrack and manage nonconformances, software defects, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action activities for the program
