Raytheon's Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Directorate is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Engineering Operations Analyst. In this role, working with the Operations Manager and your Analyst peer(s), you will support a SI&T Center manager and their respective Departments with the coordination, planning, and management of a wide array of Directorate processes, initiatives, and business activities. This role is onsite in McKinney, TX. You will exhibit the utmost level of professionalism and use strong people skills to build relationships with the Directorate leadership team. The Business Operations Analyst will maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling business information.What You Will Do You will oversee Engineering workforce planning activities and related processes, including high-level interaction with Department and Section Leaders on their headcount analysis, labor forecasts, and workforce planningYou will prepare business data and presentation slides and direct regularly scheduled Operations Reviews and staff meetingsYou will support directorate special projects and activitiesYou will monitor and report the status of various Directorate goals and Achievement AwardsYou may assist in tracking Center Estimate at Complete (EAC) progressYou may support leadership in the creation and review of proposal artifacts, basis of estimates (BOEs) estimates, metric collection and other activities supporting proposal development, or directorate startup reviews.Experience using applications for integrating and analyzing large, complex data sets from multiple sources, and presenting the information using visualization toolsOccasional travel maybe required, not expected to exceed 15%.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.Experience with organizational performance data, such as operational workforce planning and/or employee/resource utilization.Experience with ad hoc visualizations.The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
