Must Have Technical/Functional Skills•To provide onsite support of mid-size End User Services environment.•To support Laptops, Desktops, Messaging, data recovery, anti-virus support etc spread across customer location in accordance with the defined SLA; with continues service improvement.•Ensure overall end-to-end responsibility for all the end user devices (Desktops/ Laptops, Printers, etc)•Experienced technicians with 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft, MAC and other operating systems, and associated client software support•Perform root cause analysis of Incidents and Problems affecting the desktop systems environment•Ensure SLAs are met•Perform RCA review•Manage escalated issue Resolution Deskside Level•Ensure high level on call consultants for VIP Support•Maintain and manage an asset management database, ensuring all Software and asset tagged hardware is logged and tracked

Good- to-Have Skills•Experience of managing and maintaining Desktops/Laptops/Printers•Experience in Jira, Confluence, Slack and Atlassian tools arepreferred.

Roles & Responsibilities•Manage onsite End user workplaces devices•Manage overall Inventory track of devices in scope ensuring that all the devices are accounted for•Acknowledgement of Alerts and Escalation to L3/OEM Support Team•Maintaining of Handover Protocol for next shift engineer•Deliver continuous improvement•Maintain system & Operational documents•Provide on-demand services like ad-hoc reports, user queries etc.
