BRANCH TRAINING SPECIALIST

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

  • Providing engaging and impactful one-on-one branch training to assist Retail branch employees with application concepts and skills learned during facilitator lead courses
  • Setting an example by providing superior customer service while fulfilling customer requests in all customer zones within the branch as well as over the phone
  • Deepening relationships through value-add recommendations to existing customer and prospective customers
  • Encouraging adoption of digital banking services to new and existing customers
  • Ensuring operational and regulatory compliance adherence through internal branch audits

Requirements for the position include:

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Detail oriented as well as a positive attitude
  • Ability to use judgement and discretion in the moment
  • Ability to remain poised in the face of stress
  • Ability to multitask between action and facilitation
  • Hold excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sales and services skills
  • Travel amongst the Wichita market
  • Occasional travel to the KC, OKC, and Tulsa Markets
  • Ability to work flexible and/or late hours

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • An Associate’s degree or higher
  • One or more years of experience with providing on-the-job training
