DescriptionPosition: Electrical Project Engineer - Senior | Project ManagerJob Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID; Spokane, WA; Kennewick, WA or other J-U-B office locations.

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer -Senior/Project Manager with strong municipal and commercial facility design and project management experience. Project types include water and wastewater pumping and treatment, SCADA and telemetry systems, street, pedestrian and roadway lighting, airports commercial office buildings, parks and recreation, educational, healthcare, and financial facilities.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform project scoping, scheduling, and cost estimatingPerform short circuit, load flow, and relay coordination studiesDevelop one-lines, plan drawings, cable schedules, interconnection drawings and schematicsInteracts with contractors, clients, and facility operatorsRead and interpret control system, construction, and installation drawingsDevelop equipment specifications and construction specificationsProvide field evaluation, electrical investigations and on-site construction supportProvide mentoring and guidance to junior staffWork and collaborate with the firm's other engineering disciplinesLead business development activities and develop proposals for professional servicesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university, Master's degree a plusLicensed Professional Engineer with 8+ years of experience after licensureExperience in design, construction management, startup, and commissioning servicesProven knowledge of electrical power system modeling techniques. ETAP, SKM, and/or EasyPower experience a plusWorking knowledge of electrical construction techniquesAbility to obtain technical information from various sources to implement designs and offer solutionsAbility to develop and communicate technical information to clientsHigh degree of quality, completeness, attention to detail, documentation, and accuracy.Ability to self-check one's own work and the work of other team membersSalary Range:
$115,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
