And our merchants don’t stop at selection—they bring the assortment to life through breakthrough curation and storytelling across our stores and digital properties.Your role at Sephora:As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will be the key support role to the merchant team assisting on all aspects of the day-to-day needs of the business. You will play a pivotal role in team admin, reporting, and data entry for product assortments. Reporting to the Merchant, you will:Work closely with brands and assistant merchant to review deliverables and timelines for new product launches, ensuring receipt of on-time and accurate assets and comps.Conduct weekly and monthly reports (including SKU, location, collection and subclass), send out Vendor monthly reports, and adhoc reports for merchant team.Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders.Manage updates to existing product pages with brands to optimize conversion and keep pages up to date.Oversee comp collection and organization: requesting comps from vendors, organizing comps, and owning them when requested from other departments.Partner closely with product production team for all product page and site updates.Assist the creative review process for all digital placements within brand portfolio, ensuring accurate product representation across vehicles.Run cross-world weekly and monthly .com report and complete product sheets to brief site.Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.We’re excited about you if you have:1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience – retail/merchandising experience preferred.Ability to prioritize consistently, accurately, and timely.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage ambiguity with projects and processes.Team player with a positive attitude.Ability to navigate complexities within a corporate setting.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Flexible in a fast-paced and often-changing environment.Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills preferred.
