Job Title: Marketing Operations Analyst

The Marketing Operations Analyst will serve as a strategic business partner supporting business strategy, performance and operational execution for the Demand and Sales Development (SDR) orgs. The Analyst will work closely and collaboratively with Demand and SDR leadership supporting the operating rhythm, proactively monitor performance and provide data driven insights and recommendations to ensure the team is meeting its objectives. This role involves analyzing marketing performance data, optimizing marketing processes, leveraging data insights to drive marketing strategy and improve effectiveness. The Analyst will be integral to the change management process ensuring adoption of new processes and tools through effective collaboration, communication and performance measures. This is a dynamic position that will require interfacing with many cross-functional roles and departments.

Core Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor and resource to the Demand and SDR leadership team; Provide proactive insight and recommendations to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Enable and support the end-to-end lead management process including lead scoring and marketing attribution. Help guide operational efficiency and quality across all stages of the prospect journey and the handoffs between Marketing, SDRs, and Sales.

Support the development of KPIs, scorecards, dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making across the marketing team. Help tell the story of performance through analytics and data visualization.

Recognize when processes may be limiting our ability to capture data accurately and effectively and provide recommendations on how to improve our processes to also improve our data.

Utilize data across the entire customer journey to identify where there are opportunities to improve the customer experience and business outcomes.

Manage data quality and accuracy within core systems to ensure operational processes can run effectively.

Lead business cadences & activities such as program reviews, SPIFFs, and weekly/monthly/quarterly operational reviews.

Partner with Operational Excellence and IT to align on initiatives and roadmaps in support of building a best-in-class technology stack that supports our business processes; act as a conduit to the field to ensure understanding and adherence.

Effectively communicate, market and reinforce operational processes and enablement programs.

Experience & Skills:

BS/BA in a related field

4+ years of Marketing and/or Sales Operations experience

Have in-depth understanding of marketing and sales processes and systems (lead management & qualification, attribution, regression modeling, prospecting, account research)

Successful track record of working with all levels of management within sales and marketing teams

Proactive work ethic required to manage high level objectives, identify room for improvement, develop and execute plans.

Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner

Self-starter and autonomous, ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize and get things done

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools

Working knowledge and experience within SalesForce.com, ZoomInfo, Drift, ChiliPiper, Marketo, Google analytics, Outreach, Gong or other sales and marketing technology platforms
