Digital & Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Content/Social Media Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, creative, digitally-savvy content guru, who jumps in head first to create engaging content on our social media channels, blog, website, and possibly newsletter with the end goal of:
driving client growth
increasing community awareness of reSPACEd
boosting revenue.
This position could grow to include admin assistant tasks too over time.
Responsibilities
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms
Create effective ads for social media platforms
Create engaging content for the blog
Grow social media following and blog/website hits
Design social media and blog elements (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Instagram profile, blog, etc.)
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
Compile reports for management showing results
Experience
Proven 3 years’ work experience as a Social Media Manager
with tangible proven results
Expert knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.
Experience with Google Analytics
Strong video editing skills
Solid experience with WordPress sites
Understanding of SEO and public relations
You are
Always on time, reliable, and dependable
Prompt and friendly in your communications via text, email, and phone
Kind and compassionate towards everyone
Have excellent organization, time, and energy management skills
Able to take feedback and put yourself in others’ shoes to consider others’ perspectives
Take responsibility for your words, your actions, and your work
Are honest, thoughtful, reflective
Have an eagle-eye for detail
Are able to see what needs to be done and self-initiate.
Are at least somewhat knowledgeable and interested in home organizing and home design
Have excellent writing skills
Have excellent graphic design/film design skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media marketing
Live locally (this job is hybrid)
Have your own transportation
Proficiency in Canva and Google Suite
