We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.Who we're looking for: We're looking for a Senior Strategist who will focus on shaping strategies and design solutions starting from a clear understanding of consumers, markets, and enabling technologies. This person should be an expert in planning, educating, and selling value to clients.Key Responsibilities:

Client: Present directly to clients, gaining their trust by telling a concise and compelling story to explain our strategies and approach. Provide strategic direction to Account teams for brands across the digital ecosystem, in addition to partnering with creative and brand teams to create and update case studies each quarter that illustrate the compelling stories on our best work.Team: Act as a point-person for creative briefing. Collaborate, influence, and inform creative and strategy teams to solve business problems and unify teams and clients. Provide inspiration, strategic oversight and ensure the work gets noticed, used, and appreciated. Foster empathy, critical thinking, and passion for solving meaningful problems. Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and manage realistic timelines and project plans.Innovation: Develop industry-leading approaches to trend forecasting and setting. Be curious about people and culture, open to new ideas and perspectives on brands. Identify new tools and emerging technologies to identify disruptive innovations throughout a brand experience.Requirements:

Proven expertise in trend forecasting and strategic thinking.Passionate and curious about understanding people and their needs, to drive to find consumer insights and create effective strategies.Synthesizing and translating information into cohesive and concise thoughts and plans.Excellent storytelling skills to create engaging solutions for clients.Be the lightning rod between Research and Planning.Work across a variety of brands.You're right for this job if:You're smart, collaborative, flexible, and confident in standing up for your ideas.You have an entrepreneurial attitude coupled with a strong business acumen. Innate ability to marshal people and create gravity around ideas.You're infinitely interested in understanding people and a natural-born storyteller.You've got 3-5 years' experience in an insights or strategy/planning role.Comfort with a flexible working style, keeping up with fast-paced accounts and comfortable with shifting focus as business needs develop.You've got experience/a passion for technology brands and/or new energy solutions.Comfort with complex categories that are not simple to understand (on the surface!)The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
