A week in the life of a

Secure Flight Mission Lead :Recognize opportunities for innovation in developing and implementing program strategies while reducing organizational risk and expenditures.Create a Service Delivery Plan with roadmap and gap analysis for Service Operations process improvements following the ITIL v4 IT Service Management (ITSM) framework.Ensure that knowledge transfer and ITSM best practices between front-line staff and cross-functional teams are implemented appropriately, keeping in mind maturing configuration, change management and incident processes.Contribute as an architect to IT security program administration/analysis.Transition services into production following ITIL and PMP methodologies.Implement an Incident Management process for Situational Awareness during major outages by serving as relay between the Service Restoration and Service Desk teams.Review and report daily, weekly, monthly program management KPI trend analysis and provide potential solutions ensuring Continued Service Improvement.Serve as ITSM Request for Work SME during Technical Review Board pre-CAB and pre-implementation activities.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Job Requirements

A minimum of 12 years of recent and relevant experience.ITIL V4 certification.Preferred education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business management, information technology management, or a related field.Preferred domain expertise: Program Management, ITSM/ITIL, Tools / Languages.Preferred technical skills: ITSM SDLC-Service Delivery, Metrics and KPI Analysis, WorkForce Management, Staffing Models, OLA, SOP, ITIL, PMP and SCRUM methodologies; ISO/IEC 20000, Avaya, Remedy, SiteScope, SolarWinds, Netcool, LANDesk, VMware, Jira, SQL, Java, LAN/WAN Protocols, Azure.Additional preferred certifications: PMP, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTia Security+.Previous Transportation Security Administration (TSA) personnel clearance preferred but not required.Prior experience with and knowledge of TSA's mission priorities, systems, and applications preferred but not required.Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to coordinate across large groups of people at multiple levels.
