Job description:As a SuccessFactors Certified Lead for Employee Central, you will be crucial in optimizing HR platform management, focusing on Employee Central. You'll lead the design, implementation, and improvement of HR processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and integration with other HR systems. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders, configuring SuccessFactors solutions, and driving user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Certification in HCM On-Premise or SuccessFactors Employee Central.

8+ years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture.

Hands-on configuration experience of 7+ years.

In-depth understanding of Hiring Process, Job Architecture, and Organizational Design.

Experience with integration, particularly with Recruiting & Onboarding.

SAP On-Premise HCM knowledge is a plus.

Required Skills:

Understand client requirements and configure the Employee Central module accordingly.

Design and customize solutions to meet specific organizational needs, including notifications, workflows, and integration with other systems.

Ensure effective administration of employee and organizational data.

Follow SAP Activate methodology for solution design. Provide guidance on best practices, conduct training sessions, and drive user adoption.
