is a progressive ISO certified custom injection molding company that has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Supervisor in our custom injection molding department.
This is a highly visible position with responsibility for supervising a material handling department with approximately 12 employees across three shifts. This role has the responsibility of planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems with the assistance of the Molding Manager. The Material Supervisor will ensure that there is a constant flow of raw material to injection presses in the production area and assign any auxiliary equipment to achieve maximum productivity.
The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of related experience and/or training. Experience with plastic injection molding and knowledge of resins is preferred.
