Within each of these towers, GCN is also partnering with top-tier vendors providing business process outsourcing and transformation to deliver high quality and cost-effective services.

Senior Manager Process Excellence

As a Process Excellence Team Member, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, enhancing quality, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives within the Circle K organization. You will collaborate closely with international cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and optimizing workflows to achieve our 10 for the Win strategy while making our customers’ lives easier every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze existing processes across various departments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Drive business transformation initiatives focused on improving the customer experience, standardization, automation, and implementing strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, align objectives, and drive consensus on process improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with stakeholders from global departments to understand their unique process requirements and challenges.

Improve management and control over the entire end-to-end process, removing redundant activities and focusing on added value.

Implement global template and design standards; identify and escalate process deviations that are not driven by local, regulatory or tax considerations.

Act as an agent of change by driving a culture of constant improvement by promoting awareness and engagement at all levels of the organization.

Support change management efforts by communicating the rationale behind process changes, addressing concerns, and providing the necessary training and resources.

Document current and improved business processes, including flowcharts and process maps.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance and effectiveness.

Develop standards and business rules for data quality maintenance and cleanup.

Perform cost-benefit analysis for proposed changes to aid management in making strategic and tactical decisions.

Coordinate with functional leads to support training delivery as needed.

Present to all levels of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline

5+ years relevant work experience in a multi-functional Shared Services environment, including 3 years of leadership.

Experience in a multi-function shared service environment preferred.

Process improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) or project management expertise preferred.

Ability to lead, motivate and influence across all levels of the organization.

Results-oriented, fact-based with the patience to lead people on a change journey.

Self-starter, advocate of change and process optimization.

Proficiency in process mapping tools and project management methodologies.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills; proficient at communicating conclusions to leadership in a concise manner.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes, identify root cause, and develop data-driven solutions.

Process oriented. Can easily recognize areas of improvement and develop strategies for implementation resulting in improved efficiencies.

Capable of dealing with significant change and uncertainty

Change Management capabilities able to address different levels of stakeholders – from senior leadership to junior levels.

Excellent prioritization skills, able to handle high-pressure situations.

Strong managerial skills (people and workflow).

Availability to travel to meet with stakeholders.
