Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will work under the guidance of the Director of Digital Marketing to execute and optimize the company's digital marketing efforts. This role is crucial for implementing tactical digital marketing initiatives and driving day-to-day activities across various online channels to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills, with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices.

Essential Duties:

Campaign Execution & Management:

Assist the Director of Digital Marketing in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Google paid channels, social media (Facebook, Instagram), display advertising, and emerging channels. This involves ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies and acquisition goals, and supporting in the execution and optimization of these initiatives to drive performance and achieve desired outcomes.

Performance Analysis:

Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns based on data, focusing on KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Content Development:

Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and compelling content for digital channels. Ensure content is optimized for paid media channels and SEO efforts. Partner with brand teams to ensure creative aligns with the brands voice and objectives.

SEO Management:

Help manage SEO agency as they implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Help manage process to develop content, in partnership with SEO agency, internal stakeholders in and outside of the marketing department. This includes website UX redesign.

Listings Management:

Manage and optimize online business listings across platforms such as Google My Business, Facebook, Yelp, and other relevant local directories. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information to enhance local search visibility.

CRM Integration:

Create and manage segmented lists in CRM systems to support targeted paid media initiatives around new customer acquisition. Utilize CRM data to develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns, improve audience targeting, and enhance lead nurturing efforts.

Project Management:

Lead and manage digital marketing projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Coordinate cross-functional efforts and resources to achieve project goals effectively.

Team Management:

Supervise and mentor digital marketing specialist, providing guidance on campaign management, performance optimization, and professional development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and other internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics, operations) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. Support coordination with external vendors and agencies.

Competencies:

Technical Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).

Analytical Skills:

Proficient in the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics and derive actionable insights to drive marketing strategies.

Project Management:

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate strategies, performance insights, and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders.

Creativity:

Innovative thinking with a focus on creating engaging and effective digital marketing content and campaigns.

Team Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.

Education / Experience:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels.

Proven track record in executing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving business goals.

Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and managing online listings.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting marketing performance metrics.

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:

Experience with advanced digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Yelp, Yext, Google Analytics etc.)

Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Projected salary range: $90,000 - $100,000, DoE
