This technology will allow every organization to create experiences and use the power of data in ways that profoundly impact the way we all live.About the Role:The Field Marketing Manager - Financial Services is responsible for supporting the strategy and implementation of effective field programs that meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation in financial services accounts spanning the East Coast of the United States, and accelerating existing opportunities and driving incremental consumption. The role reports to the Director of Strategic and Financial Services Marketing and will support strong partnership with key stakeholders within Sales and Marketing.What You Will Do:Help define our targeted marketing strategy, programs and field execution plan encompassing multiple marketing tools.Partner closely with sales leaders, account executives, cloud acquisition reps, and partner development managers to develop growth strategies and increased engagement within high-value accounts.Help build a field marketing plan with an emphasis on 1:1, 1:few, and industry programs (both virtual and in-person) to drive new logo business and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.Collaborate with core marketing groups to identify target audience, personas, messaging, custom content requirements, channels and calls to action.Create and execute integrated programs incorporating partners and multi-channel promotion to drive pipeline and consumption in accounts.Work closely with a cross-functional team and marketing stakeholders to align, develop and execute field programs on time and within budget.Track key metrics to ensure business impact measured by account pipeline/incremental consumption, pipeline velocity, product-led consumption, and database growth.Inform field sales, CAR, and customer success managers on new and existing financial services marketing activities.Align and collaborate with sales and sales enablement teams to ensure SLAs for lead and program follow up are achieved.Work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimize marketing tools/technology for financial services.What You Will Bring:Experience in defining targeted marketing strategies and managing program tactics, logistics, metrics, and budget.Strong partnership skills with sales leaders, account executives, and customer success teams.Ability to build a field marketing plan with emphasis on various program types.Experience in collaborating with marketing groups to deliver effective marketing programs.Proven track record in executing integrated programs that drive pipeline and consumption.Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to execute field programs.Experience in tracking key metrics for business impact.Strong communication skills to inform and align with sales and customer success teams.Experience in optimizing marketing tools and technology.Come As You AreAt Confluent, equality is a core tenet of our culture.
